Coronavirus (COVID-19): Working to minimise the spread of COVID-19 whilst maintaining quality service

As of Tuesday 24^th March, in direct response to the Government’s announcement of strict new measures on non-essential travel and working from home, we have taken the decision to temporarily close our physical office locations until further notice.

At this juncture, Steele Raymond would like to emphasise our continued commitment to our clients and to providing the same high levels of service and support that they have come to expect from our firm.

All Steele Raymond staff members are able to communicate via email, over the telephone or via video conferencing where required. Direct dial phone numbers (available for all solicitors on our website) will automatically divert the phones to their remote working location.  As stipulated by the Government, our staff will not be travelling to face to face meetings until such time as the situation improves.

Partner and Chairman of the firm, Tim Stone explained the decision, saying:

“We are starting another phase in our Nation’s collective fight against the Coronavirus. This marks a significant change in the collective working practices of our staff, clients and business partners.

“I fully appreciate that the speed and change of this situation has been very challenging and I would like to personally thank all our staff and valued clients for their positive approach to these changes.

“We are blessed with great technology and an amazing support team who have, and continue to, help us deliver the highest quality services and support to our clients.”
