To either temporarily cover a maternity leave vacancy, or possibly join the team permanently (if this is your preference), this is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join our Contentious Trusts & Probate team.
The team acts for private individuals, trustees, executors, deputies and attorneys in relation to a range of contentious matters. Their work includes all aspects of contentious probate and trusts, 1975 Act claims and extends to Court of Protection matters.
We want to find an enthusiastic lawyer to assist the team to be responsible for handling their own matters as well as assisting the senior members of the team. This is a close knit team so finding the right person to join us is as important as having the right legal skills.
Our Contentious Trusts & Probate team is led by Louise Maidment. You will also be working with experienced ex-partner John Andrews, who now works as a Consultant. The team sits within our Private Client Group, alongside our Wills, Trusts & Probate and Estate Planning & Tax teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team, where there are lots of opportunities to learn and further develop your career.
We’re looking for an experienced Paralegal, Solicitor or Associate – someone who has at least two years of experience gained working on a wide variety of contentious probate work at a regional or national firm.
You will be committed to delivering quality legal services proactively and with the highest quality of client care. You will also have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients or other external professionals.
We will only use this information to handle your enquiry and will not share it with anyone else.
