New Consultant boosts Commercial Property team

Leading Dorset commercial law firm Steele Raymond LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of new Consultant Graeme Roberts, a non-contentious construction law specialist with over 25 years’ experience in the UK and international markets.
Graeme joins the firm’s top tier Commercial Property team and will act for a broad spectrum of clients, including banks, developers, contractors, local authorities and housing associations. Graeme advises on all aspects of project documentation including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, third party rights agreements, development agreements and performance bonds.
Graeme’s extensive experience includes roles as European General Counsel at the European Head office of Shimizu Corporation, a multi-national Japanese construction company, and more recently as head of the Construction Law Group at a leading Thames Valley law firm. He has worked on a wide variety of projects across the UK and Europe, including international airports, hospitals, hotels, social housing schemes, shopping centres, care homes, schools and universities.
