One of Dorset’s leading law firms has expanded its business development team with the appointment of a Digital Marketing Manager.
A specialist in content-driven marketing, Gregg Meade brings a wealth of experience to the firm, as well as a track record in business growth through the execution of digital strategies.
Having grown-up in Bristol, Gregg studied Journalism and Media at the University of the West of England, before taking the role of Digital Marketer at a Dorset-based nationwide enterprise communications company. During his seven years with the business, Gregg spearheaded a number of key digital initiatives whilst also attending the Oxford College of Marketing, where he achieved a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Diploma in Professional Marketing.
Speaking on his appointment, Gregg said: “I am delighted to be joining Steele Raymond at what is an incredibly exciting time for the firm. It is clear that the firm is both modern and forward-thinking in their approach; something which is crucial to success in a highly-competitive digital world.”
Lee Taylor, Business Development Director at Steele Raymond, said:
“We’re delighted to be welcoming Gregg to the team. It is an exciting period of growth for the firm and having someone of Gregg’s calibre is an important step for the firm. As the firm grows, we have been very proactive in our commitment to identify and encourage the best marketing talent to join Steele Raymond. We are a people-first firm at heart but we’re also passionate about utilising digital methods to ensure the expertise of our legal teams are now more accessible to our clients than ever before.”
Commenting on his hopes for the future at Steele Raymond, Gregg said: “I think, as marketers, we live in truly fascinating times. Although it has never been easier to create a digital presence, it is increasingly difficult to communicate both your ‘difference’ and, ultimately, your value. Far from being a negative, I think this gives us all the chance to think more creatively and to challenge even the most established industry measures.”
He continued: “Having spent seven years in the business-to-business network communications industry, I am keen to apply my knowledge and experience within the legal sector and am excited to help further improve upon Steele Raymond’s already outstanding image and reputation.”
