Steele Raymond’s Top-Tier Commercial Property Team Advises On Substantial Bristol Acquisition

Leading south coast commercial property solicitors Steele Raymond LLP have advised Dorset-based Broadshade Group Ltd on a significant acquisition of an office investment in Bristol. 

The substantial 15,400 sq ft office investment at The Brooms, Monarch Court, Emersons Green, Bristol, BS16 7FH is one of a number of recent acquisitions by Broadshade Group Ltd. 

The unit, which is let to Assystem UK Limited, saw a net initial yield of 8.4% paid for the freehold interest. The ‘off market’ acquisition follows the purchase by Broadshade Group Ltd of nine office units at Eastgate Office Centre also in Bristol in 2015. 

Broadshade Group Ltd has grown to be a well-established property investment and development company, with interests ranging from forestry in the north east of Scotland, to commercial property development projects in the south of England.
