Emma has over 20 years experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property and particularly specialises in permitted development office to residential conversions and in insolvency related disposals and acquisitions. Emma has a diverse range of clients including developers, private landlords and commercial lenders and prides herself on her ability to adapt quickly to her client’s requirements.

Advising on all aspects of property sales on behalf of liquidators, LPA Receivers and Trustees in Bankruptcy as well purchasing property from such entities

Advising landlords and tenants on new and existing leases as well as all aspects of property management
