Holly is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and specialises in contentious trust and probate work.
Holly has a background in private client and experience in dealing with contentious issues such as challenges to Wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, proprietary estoppel claims, breach of trust claims and issues arising in the administration of trusts and estates.
Holly also assists our in dealing with court of protection work and professional negligence claims.
