Louise is a Senior Associate and Chartered Legal Executive working within our Wills, Trusts and Probate Team.
Louise has ten years’ experience in a variety of Wills, trust and probate matters, including powers of attorney, estate and inheritance tax planning, six of which as a qualified Chartered Legal Executive.

Dealing with all aspects of estate administration, including dealing with complex multi million pound estates and the variation of estates.
Setting up, administering and winding up various types of trusts, and dealing with the associated tax reporting requirements.
Advising on and the preparation of secured and unsecured loans, and registering Charges with H M Land Registry.
