Erica specialises in estate planning and tax law, with extensive experience in advising on company restructuring and exit strategies for directors and shareholders.
Before specialising in estate planning and tax law, she gained significant experience in corporate and commercial law. Erica has advised on high-profile and complex private mergers and acquisitions across various sectors, including beverage, finance & investment, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, property development, social media and technology.
She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
