Rebecca graduated in 2023 from Bournemouth University with a LLB (Hons) in Law. During her time at University she worked as a Paralegal in Residential Property before moving into the Residential Development team at Steele Raymond.

Disposal of Plots
As the first point of contact in the Residential Development Team, Rebecca handles the daily running of plot sales. She is a hands on individual who strives for excellence through proactivity and strong communication with clients.

Development Plot Sales
Rebecca is the first point of contact in the Residential Development Team and deals with the day to day running of the firms plot sales. This includes providing clients with weekly updates on each of their matters, proactive chasing of parties to each matter and excellent levels of communication throughout the transaction.
Plot Sales
Rebecca deals with a range of freehold and leasehold plot sales, including new build and affordable housing properties.
General
Rebecca liaises with associates and partners in the set up of a development estate prior to taking on the day to day running of each matter. This includes drafting documentation, dealing with enquiries and providing consistent lines of communication to all parties involved.
Site visits
Rebecca conducts visits to development sites to obtain thorough understanding and further knowledge of the development, while also fostering strong relationships with clients. This assists Rebecca in dealing with the transaction with efficency and confidence.
