Steele Raymond nominated for Property Law Firm of the Year at the 16th Annual South West Property Awards 2023

This marks the second time the firm has received this esteemed nomination, underscoring its consistent excellence and dedication in the property law sector.

Now in its 16th year, the South West Property Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of businesses, projects, and individuals that have made notable contributions to the property market in the South West region. A panel of independent regional experts meticulously evaluated the award entries.

Over the past 12 months, Steele Raymond has enhanced its residential and commercial property offerings. The firm recently welcomed two new partners: highly experienced commercial property and residential development solicitor Emma Pope, who joined in February after an eight-year tenure at Paris Smith.

She was soon accompanied by residential development expert Paul Hinett, who specialises in advising clients on the intricate field of ground rent investment. Paul brings a decade of experience from esteemed law firms such as Clarke Willmott, Shoosmiths, and Paris Smith.
